|Council approves emergency repairs|

During their regular meeting, members of the Gering City Council approved a $73,000 expenditure to repair a water main that unexpectedly broke.
Pat Heath, Gering’s director of public works, told the council the break happened on July 18 in the 1700 block of 9th St., between Q and R Streets.
