Community bids farewell to well-known developer

Last week, nearly 400 people gathered at the Gering Civic Center to remember perhaps the area’s greatest developer – Irvin Rushall.

Rushall died of cardiac arrest Oct. 27 at Anschutz Medical Center in Denver. He was 74.
