Many of the animal mounts that were part of the Wildlife World collection will soon be going on the auction block.
The Wyo-Braska Natural History Museum, aka Wildlife World in Gering, has since merged with the Riverside Discovery Center (RDC). Founded by Don Steen, the museum had more than 1,700 pieces in its collection. In its history, only about 650 pieces were ever on display for the public. Most of the others were in storage. ...
