Since June, when Jarrod Haberman moved to Colorado, Panhandle Area Development District (PADD) has been without a director – until recently.
Since Haberman’s departure, Chuck Karpf has been the interim director while the board gathered resumes to fill the position. And after looking over several candidates, board chairman Bill Boyer said Kapf had the knowledge and experience they needed for the position.
