As the nationís economy remains sluggish in many areas, budgets are being squeezed. Itís no different for the Scotts Bluff National Monument.
For the past five years, monument staff has released its annual Open Community Report, which outlines their year in review.
ďI feel itís important for us to show the community how we are part of the local area and how we contribute to it,Ē said monument Superintendent Ken Mabery.
