Scotts Bluff County Commissioners were unable to reach a decision whether to approve an amendment to the county’s zoning regulations that passed last week at the County Planning Commission meeting.
By a unanimous vote, the Planning Commission approved an amendment to county zoning regulations to require a zoning permit for any non-dwelling structures in districts zoned agricultural. The permit would include a $100 fee for expenses ...
