Last April, a letter came to Gering dentist Dr. Mark Schlothauer informing him he had been selected for Fellowship in the American College of Dentists.
“You have to be sponsored by two current members to be considered for a fellowship,” Schlothauer said. “It’s nothing I applied for or sought out.”
