|Privacy case to stay in juvenile court|

The case of a 16-year-old juvenile alleged to have recorded activity in the Gering High School girls’ locker room will remain in juvenile court.
During a preliminary hearing before County Judge Kris Mickey on May 19, Scotts Bluff County Attorney Dave Eubanks filed a motion to have the case transferred to adult court. At the next hearing on June 7 to consider the matter, Eubanks withdrew his motion.
