LINCOLN — Olympic medalists and Nebraska natives Jordan Larson and Curt Tomasevicz will host sport clinics in Nebraska over five consecutive days in June as part of the LiveWellNebraska.com Tour. Scottsbluff will host the first clinic on Monday, June 24.

Tomasevicz will conduct a speed and agility clinic at Bearcat Stadium at 2502 Broadway. Larson will conduct a volleyball clinic at Western Nebraska Community College at 1601 E. 27th St. Both clinics will take place from 3-5 p.m.

All youths ages 5-18 are invited to participate in the clinics. The cost is $20 per person and all who register by June 20 are guaranteed a t-shirt and an autographed photo.

Larson starred in volleyball at Nebraska and was a starter on the silver medal winning U.S. Olympic volleyball team in London. Tomasevicz played football at Nebraska and was part of the gold medal winning bobsled team. “We’re excited to share two of the most decorated athletes this state has ever produced with the communities on the tour. To earn a medal in the Olympics is such a huge deal and our young people have an incredible opportunity to learn from the best” said Scott Ash, Nebraska Sports Council Director of Operations.

The Cornhusker State Games are conducted by the Nebraska Sports Council, which also conducts the LiveWell Challenge Series, the Mud Run and the Pumpkin Run. Learn more at NebraskaSportsCouncil.com.
