Volleyball conditioning to begin

GERING — The Gering High School volleyball team will start their pre-season volleyball conditioning sessions on Monday, Aug. 12, in the Gering High School gymnasium for all players entering grades of 9-12 for the upcoming school year. The sessions will be from 8-9 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of that week. The times for Thursday and Friday will be announced later in the week. All players are encouraged to bring their sports physical to the first session on Monday to turn into Coach Schadwinkel.

The first fall practice session will start on Monday, Aug. 19 for players in grades 9-12 from 4-6:15 p.m. and again from 7:15-8:45 p.m. All practice sessions will be held in the Gering High School gym.
