BAYARD Two juniors are swinging away in Bayard. Tessa Douglas and Maggie Brunmeier compose the Girl’s Bayard golf team for 2013.
“I don’t want to run,” said Douglas. “I just don’t feel the pressure when I golf.”

Bayard Golf Coach Jim Roberts has high hopes.
“Tessa is 100 percent better than last year,” said Roberts. “She has been working very hard in the off season and Maggie is right behind her.”

Golf just happened for Brunmeier.
“I didn’t like volleyball,” said Brunmeier. “ Tessa is funny and I also don’t feel the pressure out here. Much more relaxing.”
Both girls hope to make an impact this year but more importantly they just want to have fun.
