Gering girls’ basketball back on court

"After a couple practices, the girls have worked pretty hard and they have the attitude to be successful this season," said Freeburg, who has just one returning starter in senior Katie O'Boyle and five other letter winners returning from last season. The Lady Bulldogs' season begins Dec. 5 in the traditional opening Western Conference Invitational Tournament, and Gering will play host to Scottsbluff in a first-round doubleheader.
