Senior ladies golf association holds outing in Morrill

MORRILL — Panhandle Senior Ladies Golf Association held their most recent outing at Rolling Green Golf Course in Morrill. The team of Dee Vogel, Connie Booth, Sylvia Debus and Jeanette Fitzgerald won first and secured one birdie. Ellen Ramig, Jane Holechek, Alene Schilz and Terry Korell placed second, while the team of Terry Espinoza, Joy Eberhardt, Bev Lee, and Lois Bare captured two birdies and took third place. Phyllis Greenwood, Karen Koch, and Beth Korell placed fourth.

The team of Mary Nielsen, Kay Snyder, Julie Walworth, and Sharon Havely had one birdie. Long drives went to Ramig, Koch, Bare, and Walworth. Hole prizes were won by Rose Jacoby, Greenwood, Norma Perkins, Myrna Carroll, Nielsen, Debus, Sandy Huckfeldt, T. Korell, and Vogel. Sharon Nuss, Perkins, Vogel, Nielsen, and Huckfeldt had hole outs.

The group’s next outing is Aug. 11 at Cottonwood Golf Course in Torrington. Please call (307) 532-3868 by Wednesday, Aug. 6, to register for play. New members are welcome anytime during the season.
